A study took place on a 17-mile section of Route 11/460 from Interstate 81 at exit 118 to Technology Drive in Montgomery and Roanoke counties and the Town of Christiansburg.
The study focused on operations, access management and safety. It also developed alternatives and recommendations for transportation improvements based on traffic projections through the year 2035.

Two citizen information meetings were held in Elliston to gather input from citizens who live and work in the area to include in the study. Please select the link below to view the completed study document.
