Drivers asked to follow posted detour during Aug. 8-9 closure
MCLEAN – Old Dominion Drive (Route 738) will be closed to through traffic between Balls Hill Road (Route 686) and Route 123 (Dolley Madison Boulevard), weather permitting, from 9 a.m. Monday, Aug. 8 to 5 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 9 to replace stormwater pipes, according to the Virginia Department of Transportation.
