Daytime Closure of the Ramp from Route 29 (Lee Highway) North to I-66 West in Centreville Planned for Tomorrow, Wednesday, August 31
Detour route will be posted
FAIRFAX – The ramp from northbound Route 29 (Lee Highway) to I-66 West in Centreville will be closed during the daytime hours Wednesday, August 31, from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. for paving. Traffic will be detoured farther north to Machen Road/Trinity Parkway, stay to the left and make a U-turn onto Route 29 South, then stay to the right and follow signs to I-66 West. This work is part of the Transform 66 Outside the Beltway Project.
All work is weather dependent and will be rescheduled to Thursday, September 1, if inclement conditions occur.
