Nighttime Pipe Replacement along Harmony Church Road in Leesburg April 11
Drivers asked to follow posted detour during road closure
LEESBURG – Harmony Church Road (Route 704) between Woodburn Road (Route 769) and Route 7 Business (East Colonial Highway) will be closed to through traffic, weather permitting, from 7 p.m. Sunday, April 11 to 5 a.m. Monday, April 12 to replace a stormwater pipe, according to the Virginia Department of Transportation.
Those needing to reach properties along Harmony Church Road will have access; however, traffic will not be able to go beyond the point of pipe replacement (just south of Hughesville Road) in either direction.
Through traffic will be detoured via Woodburn Road, Dry Mill Road (Route 699) and Route 7 Business back to Harmony Church Road.
