Weekend Closure of Fairfax County Parkway Ramp to I-95 Begins Tonight
Detour in place during stormwater pipe work
NEWINGTON – The ramp from southbound Fairfax County Parkway (Route 286) to southbound I-95 will be closed from 10 p.m. Friday night, Nov. 22 to 5 p.m. Sunday night, Nov. 24 for stormwater pipe repairs, according to the Virginia Department of Transportation.
Traffic will be detoured via the ramp from southbound Fairfax County Parkway to northbound I-95, the ramp from northbound I-95 to northbound Fairfax County Parkway, and the ramp from northbound Fairfax County Parkway to southbound I-95.
