Overnight Lane Closures Tonight On I-66 Between Route 29 in Gainesville and I-495 for Lane Marking Operations

FAIRFAX, Va. - Mobile multi-lane closures are planned to occur on eastbound and westbound I-66 between Route 29 in Gainesville and I-495 during overnight hours on Friday, March 29. Crews will be refreshing lane markings for the Transform 66 Outside the Beltway Project. Work will occur on I-66 East from Route 29 in Gainesville to I-495 between 9 p.m. and 6 a.m. Work will occur on I-66 West from I-495 to Route 29 in Gainesville from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.

Drivers are advised to use caution and expect potential travel delays.

All work is weather dependent and will be rescheduled if inclement conditions occur.
