Extended Daytime Lane Closures on I-66 At Bull Run Drive This Week for Transform 66 Construction Activities
FAIRFAX, Va. – Extended daytime hours are planned for single left lane closures on I-66 East and West between the Bull Run Rest Area and Compton Road on Wednesday, April 17, and Thursday, April 18. Crews will be pouring concrete foundations in the I-66 median for the new Bull Run Drive bridge.
Details include:
Wednesday, April 17, and Thursday, April 18
- I-66 East from the Bull Run Rest Area to Bull Run Drive from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- I-66 West from Compton Road to Bull Run Drive from 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Drivers are advised to use caution and expect potential travel delays.
All work is weather dependent and will be rescheduled if inclement conditions occur.
