Daytime Lane Closures for Lane Striping on I-66 Between Route 29 Gainesville and I-495 This Week
FAIRFAX, Va. - Rolling double-lane closures will take place on I-66 between Route 29 Gainesville and I-495 during daytime hours on Thursday, January 3, and Friday, January 4, so that crews can refresh pavement markings as part of the I-66 Outside the Beltway Project. Eastbound work is scheduled between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m.; westbound work will occur between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m.
Drivers are advised to use caution and expect potential travel delays.
Work is weather dependent and will be rescheduled if inclement conditions occur.
