ROUTE 360 CLOSED AT TAPPAHANNOCK
All lanes of Route 360 are closed just south of the Downing Bridge in Tappahannock due to a structure fire
UPDATE (5:45 p.m.) Route 360 and the Downing Bridge over the Rappahannock River have reopened to through traffic in the Tappahannock area. Expect brief delays and remain alert for emergency responders remaining on scene. Law enforcement are directing traffic at the Route 360 and Route 17 intersection as crews work to restore traffic signal operation.
FREDERICKSBURG, Va. – Route 360 is closed in Tappahannock for a structure fire just south of the Downing Bridge.
Due to the Route 360 closure, motorists cannot access the Northern Neck by crossing the Downing Bridge over the Rappahannock River. Travelers to the Northern Neck are advised to use alternate routes.
No reopening time is immediately available.
Route 17 remains open to traffic in the Tappahannock area.
