EXPECT DELAYS ON I-95 NORTHBOUND TONIGHT
Travelers will encounter lane closures Friday night and early Saturday morning for 95 Express Lanes Fredericksburg extension construction
FREDERICKSBURG, Va. – Northbound Interstate 95 travelers can expect to encounter delays in the Fredericksburg area Friday night and early Saturday morning for two work zones in Stafford County.
Construction will be underway in connection with the 95 Express Lanes Fredericksburg Extension project.
Between exit 133 (Falmouth) and exit 136 (Centreport Parkway), drivers can expect lane closures at the following times for pavement marking eradication:
10 p.m. – Single lane closure
10:30 p.m. – Double lane closure
2:30 a.m. – Single lane closure
7 a.m. – All northbound lanes open
Near exit 148 (Quantico), travelers will also encounter a single northbound lane closure tonight between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. Crews are pouring concrete to form the deck of a future flyover ramp.
