ELTHAM BRIDGE INSPECTION SET FOR JULY 11-15
Expect single lane closures on Route 30 over the Pawmunkey River between Town of West Point and New Kent County

FREDERICKSBURG, Va. Travelers on Route 30 between the Town of West Point and New Kent County may experience brief delays crossing the Eltham Bridge over the Pamunkey River next week due to a routine, scheduled bridge inspection. 

A single lane will be closed on Eltham Bridge between 9 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. on Monday, July 11 through Friday, July 15. The work zone will be mobile. Crews and equipment will move to various locations on the bridge as work progresses.

Work has been scheduled weather permitting. Additional days of bridge inspection may be scheduled and announced for the following week.
