ROUTE 3 CLOSED IN KING GEORGE COUNTY
All travel lanes on Rt. 3 near Stoney Knoll Road are closed after a multi-vehicle crash
UPDATE: A detour has been installed on Route 3 in King George County, which remains closed to through traffic between Stoney Knoll Road and Round Hill Road due to a vehicle crash.
Eastbound Route 3 traffic is being detoured to Round Hill Road to Ridge Road to Longfield Road to Stoney Knoll Road, which allows travelers to access Route 3.
Westbound Route 3 traffic is being detoured to Stoney Knoll Road to Longfield Road to Ridge Road to Round Hill Road, which reconnects travelers with Route 3.
FREDERICKSBURG, Va. – All travel lanes on Route 3 near Stoney Knoll Road in King George County are closed after a multi-vehicle crash.
A crew with the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) is responding to the scene to set up a detour.
There is no reopening time available.
