UPDATE: I-95 MOBILE POTHOLE REPAIR IN FREDERICKSBURG AREA ON SUNDAY, JAN. 27
Expect mobile single lane closures on I-95 southbound in Stafford, Spotsylvania and Caroline counties between 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. Sunday

FREDERICKSBURG, Va. – The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) will have a mobile operation to repair potholes on Interstate 95 southbound in the Fredericksburg area on Sunday, Jan. 27.

All lanes on I-95 southbound in the Fredericksburg area remain open today. Pothole repair work announced for Saturday will occur on Sunday.

Drivers should anticipate mobile single lane closures on I-95 southbound between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. Sunday. Motorists should be alert for crews and equipment in the work zone.

Crews are starting at the Prince William County line and moving south to Exit 110/Ladysmith in Caroline County.

Delays are possible near the mobile work zone. Crews will monitor traffic conditions. If heavy congestion occurs, the work zone will be removed to allow traffic to clear.
