10:40 P.M. UPDATE: Two lanes of Interstate 95 southbound are now open near Exit 118/Thornburg in Spotsylvania County following an earlier crash. FREDERICKSBURG, Va. – All lanes of Interstate 95 southbound are closed near Exit 118/Thornburg in Spotsylvania County.

I-95 southbound is closed for a crash, and for the landing of a medical flight.

Southbound I-95 motorists can expect significant travel delays approaching the incident scene.
