RT. 624 BRIDGE IN LOUISA TO CLOSE FOR REHABILITATION
Road to be closed March 23-April 30; motorists advised to use alternate routes

CULPEPER — The Virginia Department of Transportation will close Route 624 (Mount Pleasant Church Road) in Louisa County to rehabilitate the bridge over Christopher Creek.

Beginning March 23, the road will be closed to through traffic at the bridge. Motorists can access Route 624 via Route 623 (Chopping Road) or Route 625 (Chalklevel Road).

The road is scheduled to reopen on April 30, weather permitting.
