Edward W. Guy , an equipment operator in the Fredericksburg Residency, died on August 24, 1970 when a motorist struck him as he was working on I-95. Mr. Guy joined the department in 1957 and 59 years old at the time of his death. Surviving him are his wife, daughter, and three sons, one of whom works in the Fredericksburg District right-of-way section
